Yeah! I love real life examples of when this stuff really opens a door. It isn&#039;t the end-all solution by any means, but it&#039;s certainly gratifying when you see a connection being made that otherwise might have been missed.

Personally, I just don&#039;t think this kind of listening is going to be optional anymore. Brands and companies *are* being discussed on the web - even the small ones - and it&#039;s the savvy companies that know they need to be present for the conversation or risk not having a voice in it.

Thanks for sharing such a concrete example, and for the Radian6 recommendation as well.
